I am a software developer and scrum master for the Tac.10 RMS and State Repository team. I run meetings such as the Daily Standup meeting, the sprint planning meeting, and the backlog refinement meeting, along with continuing to develop the Tac.10 software.
I joined the Tac.10 team as a Software Developer in June of 2015.
I enjoy working with the people I work with.
I have two workspaces. When I go into the office I have an L shaped desk with two external monitors (allowing me to have 3 monitors). When I work from home I have a standing desk with two monitors. The left-most monitor I have turned in a portrait mode. Generally there are cat treats in a container to bribe my cat into hanging out with me in the office.

My title is Client Liaison for Global Public Safety. I act as a focal point for clients to be able to get issues, questions and concerns resolved. I am the advocate for the client sites when they feel their concerns are not being heard. However, my current role at Global is a bit more encompassing. Working for a small division means you have to wear many hats, so I take on other tasks to help all our teams out. I assist the Support team when they need a bit more technical guidance about Global software, as well as provide product training for client sites and Sales presentations.
I have been with Global for 11 years; 2 years in my current position.
Being able to get issues resolved. There’s a sense of accomplishment when you’re able to turn an unhappy client site into one that would be willing it give the company a glowing recommendation. When a client site truly believes we are here for them because we have shown them we are willing to put forth the effort, that’s the best achievement we can ask for.

As a support specialist, it is my responsibility to answer incoming support questions for all product lines, but most especially the Sleuth product line, which I have been working on for almost 20 years. Also to create/monitor research & development tickets to make changes to Sleuth that are requested by agencies or required by state mandates.
Almost 4 years since the Harris acquisition of Sleuth. Prior to the acquisition, I was also responsible for traveling on-site to agencies and providing training classes for the staff on all Sleuth functionality and attended many annual user meetings in New Mexico, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. Also I worked in both the sales and R&D departments working on projects when necessary to assist on completion of projects.
Especially getting to talk to customers and co-workers on the phone to hash out ideas or solutions to questions. And also having the knowledge to provide solutions to their queries, even when the solution is not a "canned quick-fix" and requires more in-depth troubleshooting. **AND** working from home.

Go for bike rides and walks with my family (wife of 12 years and two girls ages 8 and 5) when the weather is reasonable. Otherwise when it's too cold, we like to play games such as UNO and Sequence and Speed Cups and Nintendo Wii games. And to help my father-in-law on the farm doing chores.
